Carry Thibaut, Group Fitness Director holds her
group fitness certification through the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates), her group cycle certification
through Schwinn and she is nutrition certified through AFPA as well. Carry teaches Pure Muscle, Interval Sculpt
and Cycle here at TFAC. Carry took part in SCW's fitness convention, California Mania last year where she learned from some
of the best instructors in the fitness industry while earning her continuing education credits. Her goal on teaching group
fitness is to be able to create a class that appeals to the group fitness enthusiasts, as well as the athletes. Carry
feels her job is to improve, and strengthen each participant's cardiovascular capabilities while at the same time, keeping
things fun and challenging. "I have found my passion in teaching group fitness and dedicate everyday to bettering
myself, and my abilities to be the best instructor, and motivator I can be." Carry shares her life with her husband of 8 years
Joe, and their Rotti Ramze. Carry and her husband enjoy the outdoors, working in their yard and spending time with their
families.

Tami Edgmon holds her group fitness certifications
through AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), SCW (Sarah City Workout) and OGF (Onedita Group Fitness).
Tami loves helping people see and feel a difference in their body and mind. She loves teaching anything that makes you
sweat. Tami's favorite classes are Step, Floor, Body Bar, Strength and Circuit Training. "I have
always believed that exercise should be FUN. Pursuing that idea, nine years ago I began teaching Group Fitness
classes." Tami believes that Group Fitness is an important part of any health club as it provides and alternative
to a cardio workout. Teaching group fitness classes gives Tami a great opportunity to help motivate others to reach
or maintain their fitness goals. "My motivation for teaching is seeing your smiling face in attendance."
Tami
is also certified in: - CPR, AED, First Aid, PCD (prevention
of communicable disease), Biosafety
and BPT (bloodborne pathogens)
"Fallon
has been my home for over 30 years. Fallon may be a small community, but it is a community with a big heart. TFAC has
amazed me with their involvement with the public. It is a great local business that has genuine care and concern for
each person as an individual in our town. "Health is wealth" the old saying goes. I'm proud to say I became
an instructor with TFAC a year ago to help others (and myself) indulge in that type of "wealth." There is something
for everybody in Fallon. If you have not found your niche, TFAC can help you!"

Marianne Woller has been teaching cycling for us
at TFAC for several years. Marianne became interested in teaching after taking group cycling classes. She holds
her group cycling certification through Schwinn and has her CPR, AED and First Aid training through the American Heart Association
both as an instructor and a life saver. Marianne enjoys teaching and helping others in the gym and she is always happy
to see new students in her classes. "I love to work out and staying in shape is important to me and my family. I believe everyone should
practice a healthy lifestyle which includes diet and exercise." When Marianne is not teaching, she enjoys
participating in outdoor sports, camping and reading with her boys and husband.

Robin Wood is a Schwinn IC Coach, NETA
group certified instructor and Longevity, Wellness specialist. She is a certified "Zumba" instructor and is
a latin music enthusiast. Zumba offers a party atmosphere aerobic workout because working out "can be fun!"
Robin works full time as a counselor at the local high school. "The energy I get from working out is
what keeps me going all day. May the day never come when I run out of reasons to energize my heart with a good cardio
workout and the company of my fellow gym enthusiasts!" Robin's heros include her husband (who really is a saint), her three
children (who aren't), the poet Carl Sandburg and her fellow gym enthusiasts. "I always say, "if
you want to go where everyone knows your name," without the alcohol, come to the 5:15 a.m. cycle class. These folks
are the "real deal."

Karen
Isbister holds her group fitness certification through AFAA (Aerobics&Fitness Association of
America), she's certified in CPR, and has been teaching TurboKick kickboxing classes for 4 years. She has also taught Sculpt,
Hip Hop, Salsa, and Flexibility classes. When Karen isn't at
the gym making people sweat, she works as a full time dental hygienist. Kickboxing is a great way to relieve all of your stress from the day by punching, kicking and having fun. "I always tell my students how much I hated kickboxing the first time
I tried it. I felt so uncoordinated, but I stuck with it and now I'm addicted to it."

Chatta ( Tracy) SmithI am an active Gym member and have always enjoyed working out! I believe that it is the best stress
reliever and great for your all around health. I am first, a Mother of 2 great kids and I have been married to a great man
for 11 years. Our family enjoys camping, hiking, geo-caching, movies,
and animals. At first I was a little intimidated by the group fitness classes but made myself go as a challenge to myself,
and now I really enjoy them. There is accountability and encouragement and new friends. I hope to be an encourager and example
to all of the individuals who take my classes. As an instructor
I am new to TFAC. I acquired my Group Fitness, and Cycle certification through FiTour. I hope to see you all in class.
